When it comes to “fast bodybuilding meals”, I often resort to protein rich sandwiches as alternatives to the always convenient “bodybuilding smoothie.” A high protein sandwich can be prepared quickly with low glycemic rye bread and followed with a piece of fruit and/or raw vegetable for a ‘muscle building meal’ that can be eaten while literally running out the door to do errands.
The following videos present two of my current favorites. These “bodybuilding sandwiches” are fast and easy to prepare and can have you feeling satiated for hours. This reduces your chances of being tempted to pull into a fast-food joint to order that double cheeseburger with oversized fries.
Simple as they are – the two sandwiches presented are pretty tasty. However, that might depend on how closely you can duplicate the sources of ingredients – especially the bread.
Enjoy… and don’t hesitate to write a comment or share an ‘easy bodybuilding meal’ or ‘muscle-building protein’ sandwich recipe you prefer. I can post it or even demo making it in the next video…
…with your name on it, of course.

Great vids and good advice. I try to avoid buying supplements of any kind, but despite my best sustained efforts I just can't stand wholemeal breads ( tried it solidly for three weeks and ended up not enjoying my lunch!! ).
So, I'm stuck with white bread, which unfortunately is high in calories when I'm whacking down four large sandwiches a day ( rougly 800 calories just in the bread ).
I've taken to having a one-day-on, one-day-off approach. On non-work out days I'll only have two large sandwiches, whilst on workout days I'll have the four. Only just started this, so not sure of how it'll work as it means on alternate days I won't be getting quite enough protein...
Maybe I'll start buying pre-cooked chicken legs / breasts and just munching on them instead. Any better ideas, anyone?

Thank you for the compliments on the vids and advice.
While I am capable of exercising discipline enough to obtain outomes that I want - I'm definitely not fanatical, as anyone who reads my blog for a while can attest. I say this to convey that I can certainly relate to your desire for white bread and starch in general.
Have you tried the Russian Rye Bread by OroWheat in particular? I've found this stuff to be quite tasty in comparison to many "wholemeal" breads - such as seven grain.
It's funny, someone I know recently recommended I read Laird Hamilton's book. I've dipped into it and found some interesting tidbits, but his complete abstinence from bread and pizza turned me off a bit. He says eating these types of foods "just puts him to sleep."
So what's the problem? If I indulge once-in-a-while, I'll probably savor both the flavor of the pizza and the tranquility of a short nap.
I'll be posting more videos.
To Your Success,
Scott

Scott,
I'm interested in purchasing your book but first would like to know how much nutritional info is in it. Does it have more of these meal ideas ? Does it give your complete nutrition philosophy ? Could you give a quick "table of contents", so to speak, so I can get an idea of what's covered. Sorry to seem so demanding but again I'm interested in purchasing your product.
